SPECIAL ABILITIES

Earth Mastery (Ex)

A shaitan gains a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls if both it and its foe are touching the solid surface of a planet or an asteroid.

If an opponent is airborne or waterborne, the shaitan takes a -2 penalty to attack and damage rolls. These modifiers apply to initiating or resisting bull rush combat maneuvers.

Metalmorph (Su)

As a standard action, a shaitan may touch a single metal object of no more than 10 pounds and transform it into any other metal for 1 day.

Stone Curse (Su)

If a shaitan wins a bull rush check by 5 or more and pushes its target into a stone barrier, the target must make a DC 16 Reflex save or be forced into the barrier as if the target had cast meld into surface (see Starfarer’s Companion) until the victim makes a successful DC 16 Fortitude save as a full round action to exit the stone.

Stone Glide (Su)

This functions as the earth elemental’s earth glide ability, except the shaitan can move through stone, dirt, crystal, or metal.

Genies are powerful immortal beings from the Elemental Planes. They came into being long ago, formed from fire and air and given life by the creation of the universe.

As beings of ancient power, genies have the ability to make almost anything they want to appear as reality.

This power has some restrictions placed on them by the gods forged in an ancient pact. The power of universal creation is known as a “wish” and can only be granted to another being. Those who defied the gods were captured and placed in various items as a form of prison. Those that possess the item can call upon the genies trapped within and command them to use their powers.

Shaitan are genies from the Plane of Earth. Their skin is like that of stone, gems, and metal. A shaitan stands 11 feet tall and weighs 5,000 pounds (500 bulk).

Shaitan are pragmatic and efficient. They enjoy entering into bargains almost as much as devils.

However, shaitan prefer to make bargains with those willing to enter into a contract; rather than forcing their bargains onto others.
