Worg are intelligent canid creatures that resemble oversized, feral wolves. These beasts ally themselves with orcs and goblinoids. Despite their savage natures, these creatures are possessed of a wicked and cunning intelligence. They delight in hunting and killing sentient creatures.

Winter wolves are a subspecies of worg that dwell almost exclusively in cold climates.

Despite their evil natures, winter wolves are beautiful creatures. Their fur is pearlescent with what appears to be ice-like crystalline growths. Their eyes glow with a pale blue luminescence. Winter wolves are large than normal worgs, standing 4-1/2 feet tall at the shoulders and weighing 450 pounds (45 bulk).

If in good condition, a winter wolf pelt can be sold for 1,500 credits on worlds that accept such trophies.
